He has a strong interest in improving safety and outcome following surgery and is responsible for the UK National Audit of Cosmetic Surgery and Safety at the Royal College of Surgeons. Mr Grover is a well established and experienced surgeon recognised for his ability to provide a natural look by combining an artistic element with his surgical technique. He has lectured on the importance of art in surgical aesthetics to improve the outcome of Cosmetic Surgery at The Royal College of Art in London and The Louvre in Paris (Guggenheim Lecture).
